Firm Welcomes Jonathan Chavez

The Ledbetter Law Firm is pleased to announce that Jonathan Chavez has joined the Firm. Jonathan is an Arizona native who possesses trial experience at the highest stakes, including first-degree murder trials. Whether in contract negotiation or in the courtroom, he advocates with integrity, clarity, and dedication to achieving lasting results.

Previously, Jonathan practiced at a prestigious Phoenix firm, where he represented joint venture investors, owners, and developers in complex development projects, such as office, commercial, industrial, apartments, multi-use, and others. He handled contract negotiations, lease reviews, due diligence, close-outs, and compliance matters. Jonathan also clerked and externed with organizations including the Arizona Commerce Authority, U-Haul International, and the Arizona State Senate (Judiciary and Technology Committees), gaining broad exposure to litigation, regulatory, and transactional issues.
